This is Dr. Manehattan. He doesn't have the head symbol because originally he was just going to be a blue unicorn, but then he seemed like he'd enjoy not having neighbors (neigh-bors lol) on Mars. Also, there's a horn about where the hydrogen atom would be. Before he was on Mars below!

My reference was the horse that they based Spirit Stallion of the Cimarron off of (his original name was Donner).

I'm not the first to draw an ice cream shark, probably not even a mint chocolate chip ice cream shark, but nonetheless, I like sharks that like ice cream.
